Return Policy

Two brother’s delightedly accepts returns on all new products purchased from the website(http://twobrothers.co.in) within 7 days of the ordered date or invoice date. you may returns any unopened item in its original packaging for a refund. The shipping cost for the returns will have to be borne by customers.

Any kind of ordered product returned that shows improper or incorrect used, improper handling or physical damaged/turned outbox, missing manuals parts and accessories will not be replaced and will be returned back to customers or buyers without rendering a reason.

Refund eligibility for returns is as follows:

Any kind of product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. The product should be reached at our store within 7 days of the invoice date. After that, I will initiate the refund excluding 10% of the sales price as a restocking charge plus courier charge paid by us.

The returned product did reach our store within 7 days of the invoice date. And if I got product improper use, improper handling, physical damage or damaged/torn out the box, missing manuals, parts, and accessories that case there are no refunds allowed.

The product did reach at our store after 7 days of the invoice date, that case there is no refunds and no returns allowed. Any Purchased item that the customer wants to return is only valid if the item is not for the particular model or gets a wrong product that is placed by the customer.

Refunds amount will be given excluding labor, installation, shipping or any other charges. All items must be returned in the original package, it can not be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned items must be sent through a freight prepaid recognized courier company. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged in mid-shipment.
